Strengthening and expanding ALE activities in the Kyrgyz Republic. Overall objective of the project: Strengthening and expanding ALE activities in the Kyrgyz Republic
Target group: Decision-makers support the financing, strengthening, development and promotion of ALE. Strengthening and increasing the capacity of 16 trainers from 15 Adult Training Centers (ATC) and the Executive Directorate to improve the quality of training activities conducted after the completion of the TOT. After completion TOT expected that trainers will teach approximately 200 participants in locations. Participants of meetings of Local Social Partnership meetings in the regions, which will be held by the ATCs in the regions. More than 500 participants of the ALE Festival in Karakol city, Issyk-Kul region.
Project activities: Round Table “Development the population digital skills for using state services”
Results:
Based on the results of the Round Table, recommendations will be developed for the leadership of the Aiyl Okmotu (Local Authorities) on the allocation of funding for the trainings of the ATCs to improve the digital literacy of the population.
Interaction with local partners has been strengthened to maintain the sustainability of the ATCs. Financial support for courses/trainings received from the local budget. The increased number of interested employers who order courses for advanced training of their personnel.
Development of a resolution based on the results of group works and appeal to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Promotion of ALE among the population. Initiation of joint activities for the future period.
At least 16 master trainers with knowledge of the card methodology for teaching adults in the areas of business entrepreneurship, digital and life skills. Ready-made teaching aids and cards.
About 30 e-tutorials are ready in the electronic library.

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic is the central executive body that conducts state policy and manages education and science and state control over the availability and quality of education, ensuring the constitutional right of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic to education. Involvement of specialists in the activities carried out by the KAEA with subsequent support in lobbying and decision-making.
The Kyrgyz Academy of Education is a state institution that carries out research, scientific and methodological, expert, analytical and publishing activities in the field of education. The mission of the Academy is to assist in improving the quality of education through scientific, methodological, innovative and technological support of the national educational system. It is planned to cooperate within the framework of the implementation and development of an electronic library for obtaining advisory support.
The Association for the Education Development in Kyrgyzstan (AROC) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization that unites legal entities to develop affordable and high-quality education for all by creating a targeted partnership of non-profit organizations working in this field. AROC, in partnership with various CSOs, promotes education issues by increasing their capacity and representation at the national level. As a member of AROC, KAEA receives advisory support in lobbying for regulations at the local and national levels.
The project "Sanarip Insan" is implemented by the Public Association "Kyrgyz Branch of the Internet Society of Aisok. Sanarip Insan aims to develop digital knowledge and skills among young people and women living in the regions. Cooperation with the project contributes to increasing the capacity of KAEA members by providing training videos and UMPs on digital skills to expand the activities of ATCs in this direction.
