Among the partners of DVV International in Tajikistan, both state and non-state actors are included. Important governmental partners are the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Employment with the corresponding state adult education centres and vocational guidance centres; the Ministry of Education and the Sentencing Administration of the Justice Department. The non-governmental partners include the Tajik Adult Education Association, the NGOs “Youth House”, “Jahon”, “Bureau of Human Rights”, “Kalam” and “Madina”. Among the international partners, the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), the European Training Foundation (ETF) and the Delegation of the European Union to Tajikistan should be mentioned.
