Project Implementation Regions: The project is implemented in Bishkek and across the regions of Chui, Osh, Batken, Talas, Issyk-Kul, Naryn and Jalal-Abad, with gradual expansion during 2026

Project Objectives: The project aims to develop a scalable system of career guidance for Kyrgyz youth interested in vocational education in Germany, provide access to reliable and detailed information about the German dual vocational education and training system, support informed career choices, and offer guidance on alternative training pathways where necessary. It also contributes to fair migration and complements ongoing initiatives in this field

Target Group(s): The target groups include school students, vocational school students, college and university students, graduates, young adults interested in Ausbildung opportunities in Germany, teachers and lecturers, representatives of local education and labour authorities, libraries, and private job placement agencies

Key Activities: Main activities include stakeholder mapping and partnership building; development of media and content plans; adaptation and production of information materials in Kyrgyz and Russian; social media outreach; information sessions in schools, vocational schools, colleges and universities; cooperation with libraries and private employment agencies; individual consultations by phone, WhatsApp and offline; creative awareness campaigns; and networking events in the regions

Results: In 2025, the project established partnerships with educational institutions, libraries, ministries and private agencies; reached more than 2,600 young people directly; organized numerous information events in Bishkek, Chui, Osh, Batken and Talas; distributed printed and digital materials; built an active bilingual social media presence under the JashPRO brand; conducted 135 consultations for potential candidates; and fulfilled or exceeded most key performance indicators for the first project year
