DVV International Kosovo is seeking a qualified consulting company or expert group (consisting of at least two experts) to develop the Strategy for the Adult Learning and Education Network in Kosovo (ALE NK).
The selected consultant(s) will be responsible for developing a comprehensive Strategy for ALE NK, including its vision, mission, governance model, operational framework, strategic objectives, implementation plan, and monitoring framework.
Applications must be submitted by 24 July 2026.
