DVV International Sri Lanka, on behalf of the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission, invites Expressions of Interest from qualified and experienced software development firms to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and provide operational support and knowledge transfer for a secure, scalable, and user friendly mobile and web application for National Vocational Qualification Assessors.
The proposed application will support assessors in managing and recording assessment activities more efficiently, while contributing to improved quality assurance, transparency, and digital service delivery within Sri Lanka’s National Vocational Qualifications framework.
This initiative is undertaken jointly with the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen digital transformation and system development in the technical and vocational education and training sector.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 13 July 2026 at 9:30 a.m. at the TVEC Board Room, 3rd Floor, Nipunatha Piyasa, Narahenpita.
