 From Digital Skills to Digital Opportunities: A New Course for Trainers in Central Asia

 Dear friends!

The DVV branch in Uzbekistan (DVV International Uzbekistan) in cooperation with Valentina Sidorkina, an expert, methodologist and trainer in the field of adult education from Belarus, developed materials for the optional module “Online transformation of adult learning and education: modern interactive tools” within the framework of the international Curriculum globALE program.

 The aim of the module is to support teachers and trainers in mastering modern approaches to designing and delivering online learning, developing digital competencies and effectively using interactive tools, including artificial intelligence capabilities, to improve the quality and engagement in the educational process.

 The program includes 27 specialists and trainers from the field of adult education in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. The course is scheduled to start on  August 25. For five weeks, participants will take online classes, after which an offline exam will be held in Tashkent. Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive certificates  confirming their new knowledge and competencies in the field of digital learning.
