Follow-up Strategic vision for the development of Adult Learning and Education Centres. Needs Analysis.
On 11 February 2022 representatives from 4 organisations/localities, which intend to develop ALECs, who were involved in the training activity held on 15-17 December 2021.
The activities were organised according to the following agenda:
1. Presentation of the developed vision and giving feedback from trainers and representatives of other organisations;
2. Presentation of the mission statement and feedback from trainers and representatives of other organisations;
3. Presentation of the SWOT analysis and feedback from trainers and representatives of other organisations;
4. Presentation of development objectives and feedback from trainers and representatives of other organisations;
The given procedure was applied for each organisation.
In the process of analysing the products, based on the discussions proposals for improvement were offered and integrated into the text. As a result, the team members ended up with developed documents, or at least with suggestions for additions (in case we had insufficient information to come up with more concrete suggestions).
