Levels of implementation (macro, meso, micro)

Macro: Policy dialogue and lobbying for adult education at local, national and regional levels lead to broader consideration of AE in policies and budgets.

Meso: Partners and networks in the country and region are strengthened in their institutional capacities and adult educators are trained.

Micro : Adult learning offerings are improving and increasing.

Project objective

Improving the ALE policy based on the effective practice of the ALE and ATCs as a contribution to the achievement of the SDGs and the implementation of the Plan for the implementation of the Education Strategy 2021-2040 in terms of non-formal adult education.

Target groups

Local population, socially vulnerable groups, individual applicants, employees of enterprises with the aim of raising their qualifications, migrants, People With Disabilities

  • Vocationall and civic education courses
  • Study in Osh “Analysis of training needs in the village administration of Mada, Karasuu district.
  • Development of internal policies of the KAEA
  • Meetings  of Local Councils of Social Partners
  • Meetings of the National Council of Social Partners
  • Promotion of AE in social networks (Creation of video clips and online posters under the general title "Benefits of Adult Education")
  • Professional development of trainers, ToT (June 2021)
  • Development of a strategic plan for the development of KAIV and Education Centers for 2021-2025.
  • Adult Education Week and the Conference on Adult Education "Towards CONFINTEA VII"

Results

  1. On the basis of the TOR, the company was selected "to create the KAOB brand in order to be recognized as the main engine of Adult Education and to promote KAOB's activities in social networks and create a portfolio of the organization."

 

  1. The result of the development of the internal policy of KAIA:

- Supplemented the Charter of the Association, expanded functions.

Developed and approved:

- Regulation on personnel policy,

- Code of Business Conduct,

- Situation in the field of the environment,

- Conflict of Interest Statement,

- Statement of Transparency and Accountability,

- Regulations on membership,

- Accounting policy.

The following documents were finalized, agreed upon and approved with the training participants:

- Development strategy of KAIV for 2021-2025

- Action plan for the implementation of this strategy.

 

  1. Programs for 18 CED and VET courses elaborated and implementation of courses started in 12 locations of the country
  2. The National and Local Councils of Social Partners were completed.
