The administration and staff of public libraries will continue to improve their professional capacity in conducting club classes and courses, and the infrastructure of public libraries will be improved. Optimizing library space will attract more adults for learning and retraining. Adult learning centers in public libraries are places where the community can gather in an informal setting for shared leisure and learning. Accordingly, the skills and abilities acquired at the CSC increase the competitiveness of the adult population of the regions in the labor market of the country. |
