As part of the second phase of the Laboratory of Innovative Education project, the first recording studio to support young podcasters, video makers, and performers was launched in Kyrgyzstan. The studio allows the creation of recordings and podcasts, interactive videos, dubbing animations, and more.

Currently, there is a growing interest in podcasts in Central Asia, this is probably due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the topics of podcasts are quite diverse - creativity, education, social themes, self-development, entrepreneurship, and etc. There are some challenges to young people who are working on producing their own podcast: a small audience, lack of monetization, difficulty with content, and technical issues.

To help creative youth in solving the abovementioned challenges, IYD with DVV International launched the second phase of the implementation of the Laboratory of Innovative Education project. The studio is open for everyone, who can receive consulting support from the studio team and a technical specialist on media production, defining, and developing quality content. The studio team will also work with young people to create content.

Currently, the studio has signed cooperation agreements with four young podcasters, two of them are already successfully running their audio blogs. Every young podcaster, video blogger, and performer can use the innovative youth studio for free to implement their ideas.

For the near future it is planned to provide online webinars and offline master classes on assembling and creating podcasts and visual products in a shot, as well as promoting a Youtube channel.
