Study Visit to Germany

From October 18 to 24, 2026, an intensive study visit to Germany took place as part of the project "INCLUSION: Dialogues for Inclusive Education and Employment Practices" and "Promoting Adult Education in Asia". The project is co-funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ),

The trip was organized by DVV International in cooperation with the Association of Education Development in Kyrgyzstan, the Kyrgyz Association of Adult Education, and the National Network "Zhanyryk".

Objectives and Goals of the Visit

The main goal of the project is to strengthen the role of civil society organizations (CSOs) in providing quality, accessible, and inclusive services in education and employment for vulnerable adults and youth.

During the study visit, participants from Kyrgyzstan thoroughly familiarized themselves with German practices in the areas of:

  • Inclusive adult education and the creation of an accessible environment.
  • Promoting employment for people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups.
  • Integration of migrants and refugees at the local community level.
  • Interaction between the state, parliaments, and civil society institutions.

  • October 20 (Munich): The day was dedicated to social support and integration. The delegation visited Münchner Tafel e.V. to study food aid organization and the role of volunteering, as well as the GOROD Cultural Center and MORGEN e.V., where they learned about migrant integration initiatives and intercultural dialogue.

Results and Prospects

The experience gained in Bavaria will allow participants to adapt advanced mechanisms and practices in Kyrgyzstan, strengthen dialogue with government structures, and increase the accessibility of educational services and employment opportunities for vulnerable populations.

The organizers express their gratitude to all host organizations, experts, and participants for their productive work, open exchange of experiences, and commitment to developing an inclusive society.
