Project Effectiveness Evaluation at the Local Level
The project "Human rights in action: Championing change with youth and CSOs" is implemented with the support of the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
On October 28, 2026, a meeting with Viorica Palamarciuc, independent expert and project evaluator, took place in Termez at the office of the branch of the International Social and Educational Center “Barkaror Hayot”.
The expert met with the organization’s staff, the head of the educational work department of Colony No. 41, and project beneficiaries. The meetings discussed project results, their impact on participants’ lives, and prospects for sustainability.
Such meetings help to see the project through the eyes of those it was created for and to evaluate achievements through the independent perspective of an expert.
