On April 8, 2021, the association of legal entities Kyrgyz Adult Education Association (KAEA) held an expanded board meeting with financial support of DVV International.
The extended meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Board, members of the Board, an expert – a lawyer was invited to consult on the issue of the re-registration of the charter, and a LOVZ print* specialist. Also at the meeting, the KAEA Board approved a new version of the charter and signed the Memorandum of Association. These documents were transferred to the lawyer for re-registration with the justice authorities.
In addition, the agenda of the meeting included issues such as the acceptance of new candidates for membership in the Association and the approval of the internal Policies and Regulations of KAEA.
By decision of the management board, the following organizations became new members of KAEA:
- Institution "Skills Development Fund" under the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Public Fund "Mugalim" (teachers) in Talas.
- LLC "Ikro and KA", in Kyzyl-Kiya, Batken region.
*Polygraphy "LOVZprint", which offers employment for people with disabilities
