In the Navbahor district of Navoi region, more than half of the population (56%) is young people. Some district mahallas are located quite far from the district center, which makes it difficult for young people and the general public to access information, especially legal information. Government organizations and NGOs do not interact well enough with each other. These and many other reasons probably influence the fact that the number of suicides of young people in recent years has not decreased. The NGO “Imkoniyat” carries out work in the framework of various programs and the Small Grant Programs proposed a project idea “Together we are strength”, the main purpose of which is to increase the legal literacy of unemployed youth and high school students. 120 volunteers trained at the seminars under the project will work in each of 38 schools and 41 district mahallas. The project has already been launched and is being implemented in partnership with various state organizations, reaching each mahalla, including the most remote ones. Expected results: strengthening social partnership between NGOs and government agencies, involving young people in solving social problems, increasing public confidence in the executive branch. The long-term goal of the organization is the opening of the Volunteer Center and the development of the volunteer movement in the Navoi region.
