87 people took part in the training. Trainers contributed to the dynamic interaction and group work, and also used individual types of work (self-diagnostic and creative nature). At the end of the training, participants were able to identify areas in which they need to strengthen their competencies for further self-improvement in the future. Their feedback confirmed that the goal of all three trainings was achieved.
