Participants of the round table on the results of the project "Promotion of the potential of the centers of culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan
On February 15, a round table was held at the Culture Center of Karshi District with the participation of representatives of the local administration, makhallya committees, nearby educational institutions and local residents. The event was aimed at informing stakeholders about the results of the project "Promoting the development of the potential of the Culture Centers of the Republic of Uzbekistan" for 2018, as well as involving stakeholders in the next stages of the project.
A representative of the regional khokimiyat noted the importance of implementing similar projects in remote regions of the country, since such activities allow residents to access educational programs. At the end of his speech, he handed over a letter of thanks on behalf of the leadership of the regional khokimiyat to the DVV affiliate for contributing to the development of the regional cultural centers. Further, the participants of the Round Table were informed about the priorities of DVV International activities and the results of the project in the Karshi region.
It was given the opportunity to get acquainted with the individual activities of the project, to get answers to questions, to express their suggestions for the future. The participants noted the importance of such round tables, their contribution to the development of social partnership and the solution of topical issues of the implementation of educational programs at the local level.
