Signed Memorandum of cooperation with the Institute of Tourism Development

On November 14, the Institute of Tourism Development, together with the British Council, held a Round Table on the theme: “Education 4.0: a new look at the tourism education system” as part of the 25th Tashkent International Tourism Fair “Tourism on the Silk Road”. On November 14, the Institute of Tourism Development, together with the British Council, held a Round Table on the theme: “Education 4.0: a new look at the tourism education system” as part of the 25th Tashkent International Tourism Fair “Tourism on the Silk Road”. The purpose of the event is to create an expert platform for constructive dialogue and effective exchange of views on the reform of the education system in the tourism sector, as well as the development and implementation of new innovative ideas, programs and projects in the field of education. The round table was attended by representatives of ministries and departments, higher and secondary special educational institutions, research institutes, NGEIs, professional communities and international organizations. The round table program included presentations of the Institute of Tourism Development "Education 4.0. A new look to the education system in the field of tourism and service", International University «Silk Road» on the topic "The education system in the field of tourism in an innovative economy" and the British Council project "Skills in the sphere of tourism". Also, a discussion platform was organized "How to strengthen the personnel potential of the republican tourism sector?" The event finished with the signing of memoranda of cooperation between the Tourism Development Institute and the Institute of Pedagogical Innovations and the DVV Branch in Uzbekistan, which was represented by the Head of the Branch, Tatyana Zaichenko.
